Let's face it, these are uncertain... we're all throwing our plans out the window and shifting our expectations on, what seems like, a daily basis. It's easy to get sucked into the uncertainty, stress, anxiety and dissapointments of this season. It's a great time excerise our mental muscles.

So.... you're spending a lot of extra time home, maybe you're in a rental and had big plans to purchase your first home this spring or summer... don't lose hope, this can still happen and in a very safe way. As an industry we have shifted our usual method of operations to fit the current state of our country and to keep everyone involved in the transaction of purchasing or selling a home safe. No worries- we've got you!
Focus on what you can do!
- Get preapproved for your home loan
- Budget, budget, budget and decide what size of house payment you can afford.
- Walk/drive neighborhoods, where do you want to begin your home search
- What are you non-negotiables? (Number of bedroom, bathrooms? Fenced in backyard for you pet? etc)
- Find an agent (Like me :)) you can trust, take some virtual home tours and start the process.
Yes, the process to acheiving goals is different now, for just about everything it seems. BUT, that doesn't mean we have to wait or give up on the dream, it just means we have to find a different way to get there.
